Summary
Support manufacturing environment by completing maintenance activities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
<ul>
 <li>Complete preventative maintenance on machinery.</li>
 <li>Perform minor repairs.</li>
 <li>Maintain a safe and productive workplace.</li>
 <li>Troubleshoot and/or repair facility, operations and portable equipment as defined by the company.</li>
 <li>Complete necessary documentation associated with the equipment maintenance program.</li>
 <li>Propose recommendations to improve the equipment.</li>
 <li>Required to travel and perform maintenance duties, as needed.</li>
 <li>On a rotation basis, will be required to be on call when scheduled.</li>
 <li>Ensure awareness of, and compliance with, relevant company/customer QHSE requirements.</li>
 <li>Perform other duties as required by Supervisor.</li>
</ul>
Education/Experience
<ul>
 <li>High school diploma or equivalent general education degree (GED) preferred</li>
 <li>Five years of hydraulic, pneumatic and/or electrical applications preferred</li>
 <li>Three to five years of CNC controller and/or manual machine experience preferred</li>
 <li>Equivalent combination of experience and/or training.</li>
</ul>
Knowledge/Skills/abilities
<ul>
 <li>Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.</li>
 <li>Ability to use and apply basic math skills.</li>
 <li>Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.</li>
 <li>Ability to interpret a variety of instructions provided in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.</li>
 <li>Complete tasks and follow oral and written instructions with minimal supervision.</li>
 <li>Good communication and troubleshooting skills.</li>
 <li>Accurately complete/maintain necessary reports/records in a timely and legible manner, in accordance with applicable procedures and/or work order..</li>
