We are seeking an experienced Paid Media Associate who is passionate about quality journalism. The role will support the Martech and Paid Media teams across multiple campaigns from strategic planning, execution, trafficking, optimization and analysis of digital marketing campaigns globally.
The ideal candidate will have experience in building and trafficking both brand-focused and conversion-driving campaigns on Meta, Google, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and DSP platforms via Google Campaign Manager 360. This role will be focused on driving new subscribers and engaging current members.

Only considering candidates with the following:
 2+ years' experience in Martech/trafficking/digital media.
 Experience with Google Campaign Manager 360.
 Familiarity with onboarding new media & marketing technology platforms, including media
site tag implementation, click tracking integration, etc.
 Hands-on experience with building, trafficking, and managing digital media campaigns.
 Self-starter with a proactive mindset, capable of seeking out and building the necessary
relationships to achieve success.
 Excellent time management skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced
environment.
 A fundamental understanding of media channels and proficiency in their corresponding ad
managers.
 High attention to detail and adherence to budgets are a must.
