Will coordinate with vendors to have preventative maintenance completed as needed. Will support operation and service of these systems.</li> <li>Responsible for the coordination of ABM supplied cleaning and maintenance of the PIC facility. Including, but not limited to office cleaning, lab coat services, waste management.</li> <li>Responsible for the primary point of contact with Kane Tenant Portal for landlord service requests.</li> <li>Ownership of the receiving duties for all incoming packages, ensuring receipt and delivery to the lab.</li> <li>May be responsible for procurement of office and laboratory supplies.</li></ul>Full-time, Part-time $22.54/hrHV23
