Only considering candidates with the following:
<ul>
 <li>Two to four years' Customer Service or Account Services experience or equivalent experience demonstrating the ability to build effective relationships and resolve a variety of issues</li>
 <li>Two years customer service experience in an office/retail environment</li>
 <li>Knowledge of eyewear industry or experience in fashion accessory field is required</li>
 <li>Ability to work with the general public in a retail environment</li>
 <li>Ability to elevate the perception of our brands and our company</li>
 <li>Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills</li>
 <li>Excellent organization skills, detail oriented and ability to multitask</li>
</ul>
Responsibilities:
<ul>
 <li>Under general supervision, responsible for selling frames at assigned retail stores.</li>
 <li>Sell frames and our licensed products in retail store locations as assigned.</li>
 <li>Increase sales revenues by providing product expertise and quality customer service in a proactive, professional manner.</li>
 <li>Develop and maintain positive working relationships with store management and associates to maximize problem resolution and compliance support.</li>
 <li>Work in partnership with the store management team, Merchandiser and Account Executive to ensure brand initiatives meet the established expectations, guidelines, and necessary adaptations specific to the region or market.</li>
 <li>Perform markdowns and RTV's when required.</li>
 <li>Report directly to Account Executive and communicate actions, issues and results on a regular basis.</li>
