 <li>Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience</li>
 <li>Requires at least 2 years related experience</li>
 <li>Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint</li>
 <li>Must be able to prioritize work, work on multiple tasks and maintain organization of trips/meetings</li>
 <li>Must be self-directed in order to maintain office when managers are out</li>
 <li>Excellent telephone and customer etiquette skills</li>
 <li>Keen ability to organize and prioritize duties for multiple departments</li>
 <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li>

Responsibilities:
<ul>
 <li>Under general supervision, provides general administrative support to a department or group of professionals</li>
 <li>Researches and obtains information for routine and moderately complex reports and special assignments</li>
 <li>Executes special or continuous research and moderately complex data analysis</li>
 <li>Compiles and analyzes basic information for inclusion in reports or presentation materials, prepares charts, graphs, or tables as necessary</li>
 <li>Receives and responds to routine correspondence following established procedures not requiring management review</li>
 <li>Schedules appointments</li>
 <li>Gives information to callers</li>
 <li>Composes memos, transcribes notes, and researches and creates presentations</li>
 <li>Prepares and monitors invoices and expense reports. Handles multiple projects. May assist with compiling and developing the annual budget.</li>
