Only considering candidates with the following:
<ul>
 <li>One to two years of relevant experience in customer service or administrative support.</li>
 <li>SAP Experience</li>
 <li>Proficient in a Windows environment with word processing, spreadsheet application, and data entry.</li>
 <li>Solid communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate information to customers and colleagues.</li>
 <li>Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve problems.</li>
 <li>Ability to multi-task and handle a heavy workload while maintaining focus and productivity.</li>
</ul>
Responsibilities:
<ul>
 <li>With general supervision, provides routine administrative support to department.</li>
 <li>Creates and edits correspondence, presentations, and reports from rough drafts to completion ensuring accuracy of spelling, grammar, etc.</li>
 <li>Screens telephone calls and route to the appropriate department/person</li>
 <li>Opens, reviews and distributes mail throughout the department to ensure mail is received by address</li>
 <li>Maintains department's records/files to ensure accurate record keeping, security, and confidentiality of files</li>
 <li>Maintains calendar(s), schedules meetings and appointments, and arranges travel and hotel accommodations as necessary to ensure effective time management</li>
 <li>Performs confidential administrative functions such as assembling reports or proposals for staff, customers, or outside agencies</li>
 <li>Maintains and orders department's office supplies, forms, brochures, and/or advertising/sales materials</li>
