 <li>Strong experience in seafood production</li>
 <li>Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a production team</li>
 <li>Familiarity with inventory control, quality standards, safety regulations, and HACCP/GMP practices</li>
 <li>Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills</li>
 <li>Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred</li>
 <li>Ability to prioritize, stay adaptable, and remain calm under pressure</li>
</ul>
Responsibilities:
<ul>
 <li>Production Oversight 
Lead and monitor daily production activities to ensure output meets schedule, volume, and recovery targets. 
Verify that all required packaging and ingredients are available and properly staged. 
Assign appropriate smoked raw materials to slicing and packing operations. 
Ensure quality of incoming materials, and communicate any concerns to plant management and QC staff.</li>
 <li>Team Leadership & Labor Management 
Set and monitor daily productivity goals across departments (skin and trim, slicing, rollstock). 
Assess labor needs and adjust staffing in real-time to optimize workflow and meet targets. 
Supervise team members to ensure safety, compliance, and productivity.</li>
 <li>Quality & Compliance 
Ensure products meet quality and spec standards. 
Confirm product labeling, case counts, and codes are accurate. 
Enforce HACCP, GMPs, and company safety procedures.</li>
 <li>Communication & Coordination 
Serve as the key communicator between production, warehouse, and plant leadership. 
Provide regular updates on production status, quality concerns, and operational issues.</li>
