 <li>1-3 years administrative or related experience</li>
 <li>Proficiency at Microsoft office suite; strong capabilities with excel and able to manipulate spreadsheets</li>
 <li>Understanding procurement and supplier management</li>
 <li>Have solid analytical, problem-solving, communication & project management skills</li>

Responsibilities:
<ul>
 <li>Position provides essential support to the procurement department, requires strong understanding of general office routines and procedures.</li>
 <li>Must be able to purchase orders, track invoices, managing contract database and supporting supplier relationships, while also potentially contributing to policy development and data analysis.</li>
 <li>Must have proficiency at Microsoft office suite including Word and Excel.</li>
 <li>Supports the procurement department by performing a variety of activities in support of the functional processes, programs, and/or services.</li>
 <li>Work may include working on department projects, compiling and analyzing data, creating reports, providing information regarding function specific policies and procedures, and tracking and control of processes, projects and activities.</li>
 <li>Frequent contact with individuals within own department as well as outside the organization; requiring some explanation or interpretation.</li>
