Administrative Assistant Purchasing Confirmation
Job Description:
This is a hybrid position working 1 or 2 days a week in the office.
Ensure a superior level of administrative support in all aspects of the day-to-day operations.
Confirmation Specialist:
Process daily all received vendor confirmations from the mailbox (attention to details are highly critical)
File all confirmations appropriately
Enter all notes on the Purchase Orders with confirmation attached to the PO according to guidelines
Run reporting to research with vendors POs missing confirmations
Goal is all confirmations should be completed 24-48 hours
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
o High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
o High attention to detail is a must
o Analytical and focus minded
o Ability to work in fast pace environment
o Good written and oral communication skills
