We are Hiring Immediately for a Warehouse position!

Details:

• $16.50 per hour pay rate
• Full Time
• Contract - 5 months with possibility of extension
• Onsite in Springfield, MO
• Flexible on shifts - likely Sunday - Friday starting at 9am (overtime each week)

Only considering candidates with the following:

• Education: High School diploma
• Education: High School diploma
• Experience: 1-2 years experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge and/or experience with Warehouse Management Systems.
• Knowledge and experience with lot controlled and expiration dated product handling.
• Certification/Registration:Ability to operate forklift and rider pallet jacks.

Responsibilities:

• Practices and promotes teamwork aligned with departmental and system goals.
• Maintains inventory accuracy by verifying products, quantities, and label integrity.
• Produces consistent work volumes per Materials Handler I standards.
• Demonstrates knowledge of products, procedures, and system operations.
• Makes sound decisions based on experience and job knowledge.
• Completes assignments independently and communicates unresolved issues timely.
• Uses work hours efficiently and seeks additional tasks when available.
• Maintains professional appearance and hygiene per dress code.
• Follows safety protocols and uses protective equipment appropriately.
• Meets attendance standards and provides advance notice of absences.
