Job Description:
We are Hiring Immediately for a Forklift Operator position!

This position is inside a cold storage which stays down to -10 degrees in the freezer section (this is where LTO's are mainly) and 30-40 degrees on the docks. This cold storage stores frozen chicken, but can also be veggies, fruits, or other food products that need to be kept cold. These products are brought in by trucks and we have unloaders who unload the trucks with the standup lifts. Once unloaded it's either put up by LTO's and or checked or stacked. Stacking is required by everyone even LTO's (Checkers/Reachlift Ops). This is done by manually moving the boxes from one pallet onto another. These boxes weigh roughly up to 55 pound each and are sometimes either frozen or fresh. You do not work directly with the contents of the food but, keep in mind since these boxes are either fresh or frozen, the environment will be wet and cold.
