Job Description:
We are Hiring Immediately for a Cashier position!

Must have basic English communication skills

Join our team and work for a great company! We're looking for motivated individuals to assist with mixing, staging, and machine operation for the bun line. This role requires attention to detail, adaptability, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Operate large mixing machines, following recipes and directions with precision.
• Assist the packer operator with machine setups and ensure smooth operations.
• Rotate through various positions in the packing department, including indexing, tray stacking, and tray room tasks.
• Safely lift and handle items up to 30 lbs consistently and up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety standards.

Requirements:

• Slip-resistant shoes are mandatory.
• Must be available to work weekends.
• Strong math skills, including the ability to count, add, and subtract accurately.
• Some manufacturing experience required (bakery experience preferred but not mandatory).
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic English communication skills.
• People-oriented, with a positive attitude and a collaborative mindset.
• Flexible and adaptable, comfortable with tasks that require frequent shifts in direction.
