Only considering candidates with the following:

  • Ability to deliver accurate, timely lab results and reports
  • Basic knowledge of additive selection and fluid design (willing to develop further)
  • Familiarity with laboratory equipment maintenance and waste handling
  • Strong technical communication and presentation skills
  • Understanding of lab audit procedures and quality standards
  • Ability to support technical teams with testing and analysis
  • Knowledge of risk assessment and mitigation practices
  • Commitment to service quality improvement initiatives
  • Awareness of HSE policies and procedures
  • Willingness to wear PPE and follow safety protocols
  • Completion or commitment to required safety training

Responsibilities:

  • Perform quality assurance tests on company products
  • Prepare laboratory reports prior to service delivery at the wellsite
  • Provide technical support during additive selection and fluid design
  • Maintain communication with Client Support Labs, operating locations, product centers, and InTouch repository
  • Ensure job deliverables are accurate and completed on time
  • Develop competency in advanced additive selection and fluid design
  • Keep laboratory equipment clean and in working condition; manage waste disposal
  • Prepare technical presentations for internal and external customers
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure lab compliance with required standards
  • Support Design/Technical Engineers and Product Champions with technical tasks
  • Perform risk analysis before tasks to identify and mitigate safety or quality concerns
  • Participate in Service Quality Meetings and implement performance improvement plans
  • Engage in HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) and Quality initiatives
  • Wear appropriate PPE and adhere to HSE policies
  • Complete and maintain required safety training
