Job Description:

The primary responsibility of the RN Charge Nurse is a professional nurse who demonstrates strong leadership skills, clinical expertise and compassion for patients and teammates. This nurse provides care for patients and has unit operation oversight throughout the assigned shift. Other key aspects of this position are role model professional nursing behaviors, clinical competencies and critical thinking. The charge nurse will mentor, precept and nurture new nurses with the goal of successful transition from novice to expert.

Requirements

• BLS (AHA)
• NH RN license must be active at time submission. - Required
• 3-5 years of relevant clinical experience - Required
• Charge RN experience - Preferred

Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Estimated Start Date: 4/14/2025 - 4/21/25

Pay Information: $36.50/hour - $51.38/hour (based on years of experience)
