The Labor & Delivery/Obstetrics Registered Nurse prescribes and coordinates professional nursing care for assigned obstetrics patients. S/he carries out these responsibilities independently within the guidelines of accepted nursing practice, medical direction, and hospital policies, procedures, and standards. On their 8-bed LDRP unit, they deliver over 350 babies annually. Candidate will be cross trained in all aspects of obstetrical care within the Birthing Suite. You will work alongside a well-established OB/GYN and pediatric group in a collaborative team environment and will assess, plan, organize, supervise, provide and evaluate nursing care utilizing the nursing process.

Shift: 7:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Estimated Start: 04/14/2025-04/21/25

Pay Information: $28.90/hour - $46.23/hour

Sign-on Bonus Payment Schedule: $5,000 on first check, $2,500 after 6 months, $2,500 after 1 year

Requirements:

• Previous OB/L&D experience - Required
• No OR/C-Section knowledge required
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing - Required
• AWHONN-Required
• NRP Certification - Required
• STABLE Certification - Required
• BSN (or better) - Preferred
• Current NH or Compact RN licensure - Required
• BLS - AHA Preferred
