Job Description:
We are Hiring Immediately for a Warehouse position in an exciting warehouse facility! <ul> <li>Conduct rigorous Quality Control Testing to ensure the precision and excellence of each product.</li> <li>Expertly operate extruders and annealers, skillfully crafting PET sheets that are meticulously slit into flawless coils.</li> <li>Orchestrate the setup and seamless operation of PET lines, manufacturing a diverse range of products according to scheduled orders.</li> <li>Assume full responsibility for upholding material specifications, maintaining the operational integrity of material systems.</li> <li>Precision-calibrate mixing bins to exacting standards, ensuring optimal performance for daily production runs.</li> <li>Execute routine preventative maintenance tasks with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring consistent equipment functionality.</li> <li>Proficiently manage the process of regrind by expertly chopping and repurposing materials.</li> <li>Develop comprehensive familiarity with a diverse array of machinery, including dies, screen changers, mills, and bridles, as well as gaining expertise in crane operation.</li> <li>Make precise and timely adjustments to equipment, guaranteeing optimal production outcomes.</li> <li>Skillfully employ fork trucks to safely load raw materials, adhering to strict safety protocols.</li> <li>Effectively utilize hand tools to facilitate seamless changeovers, minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency.</li> <li>Adapt and excel in a dynamic environment, taking on additional roles and duties as needed to contribute to the Company's overarching objectives and achievements.</li> </ul>
