• Contract - 1 year
• Hybrid in Longview WA - 3 days onsite per week

Only considering candidates with the following:

• 2-5 years of administrative/analysis experience
• Intermediate Excel
• 10,000 + Key Strokes
• Excellent attention to detail
• Must be willing to take Excel and Typing test if selected

Responsibilities:

• Assist in converting item records from one IT system to another
• Ensure proper classification of items into noun/modifier categories
• Enhance item specifications using Company processes and systems
• Work with Company resources to meet defined scheduled deadlines
• Determine if part to be converted already exists in destination system
• Assign applicable item number and enhance existing data or create new item master record
• Access WestRock applications to create, extend, and edit items for enrichment
• Utilize Companys web-based item portal tool called Integrity for lookup and data entry
• Follow directions from Data Conversion Project Manager
• Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on a weekly/monthly basis
• Deliverables include:
• Properly classified items with all critical attributes added
• Legacy description master data added to item specifications
• Relevant branch data added to new item creations and extended items
• Identification and logging of items requiring additional research
• Enhancement of descriptions for existing items by adding additional specifications
• Meeting weekly/monthly KPIs as assigned by the Data Conversion Project Manager
