• Ability to assemble components across all product lines
• Proficient in using hand tools, fixtures, and rework techniques
• Skilled in testing assembled products and troubleshooting issues
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Familiarity with mechanical part dimensioning and tolerance settings
• Capable of identifying components accurately
• Experience operating assembly and testing equipment
• Strong attention to detail for creating accurate labor records
• Commitment to continuous improvement using manufacturing system principles

Responsibilities:

• Assemble components of all product lines
• Select correct tools and fixtures for assembly
• Test assembled products for functionality
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during assembly and testing
• Read and interpret blueprints
• Identify and work with various components
• Use hand tools and apply rework techniques
• Operate equipment and set mechanical part tolerances
• Create accurate labor records for all transactions
• Apply manufacturing system principles to support continuous improvement
