This associate will be onsite</p> <p><strong>Details</strong>:</p> <ul> <li>$20.40 per hour pay rate</li> <li>Full Time</li> <li>Temp 6 month contract</li> <li>Chance of conversion if opening becomes available</li> <li>Schedule: 8:00AM-5:00PM Monday to Friday</li> <li>Onsite in Milwaukee Wisconsin</li> </ul> <p><strong>What's in it for you?</strong></p> <ul> <li>Health, Dental, Vision insurance offered</li> <li>401k options</li> <li>Weekly pay</li> <li>Work with a great team!</li> </ul> <p><strong>Only considering candidates with the following:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Associate degree or Equivalent worked experience</li> <li>3 years of experience working with Mutual Funds</li> <li>Customer Service skills</li> <li>Detail oriented, able to perform multiple tasks</li> <li>Proficient mathematical skills</li> <li>Previous experience/knowledge related to Financial Investment</li> <li>Experience with Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook/Teams</li> <li>verbal and written communication skills.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong>:</p> <ul> <li>Processes new accounts, purchases, redemptions, exchanges, and account maintenance.</li> <li>Processes change requests to meet critical deadlines.</li> <li>Responds to current and prospective shareholder inquiries received via telephone, providing general investment company information via telephone such as minimums, options, and account balances.</li> <li>Initiates customer or account financial transactions and adjustments as authorized by department guidelines.</li> <li>Calculates and processes exact share trades, determines dividend distribution amounts, and reconciles account balances</li> </ul>
