• Proficient/advanced in excel (VLOOKUP, Macros, Pivots, Slicers, Mail-Merge, etc)


• Experience in working in on line share point/collaborative technology


• Self-starter; attention to detail; natural curiosity


• Flexible work schedule to ensure work is completed - especially closer to go live; overtime may be necessary


• Nice to have - anyone with bulk send/Adobe Sign application experience

Responsibilities:

• Identifying project risks and developing mitigation strategies


• Gathering requirements


• Working with client implementation teams


• Managing the implementation of HRIS systems in an organization


• Responsible for ensuring the successful integration of HRIS systems with other tools and systems


• Working with client implementation teams to define project scopes
