Line Cook

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Line Cooks to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment, such as a hotel or busy restaurant, and is ready to hit the ground running with minimal training. Strong knife skills, the ability to work clean and efficiently, and a commitment to quality are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items consistently according to recipes and standards
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout service
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with prep work, receiving orders, and closing duties as needed
• Communicate clearly with front-of-house and back-of-house staff

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience as a line cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Excellent knife skills and familiarity with a range of cooking techniques
• Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, and time management
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Food Handler Certification (preferred or required based on location)
