Warehouse Associate

Job Description:

Pay Rate: $18/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM
Seasonal (through October 2025)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Warehouse II associate with experience operating a sit-down forklift. This role involves a mix of forklift operation and general warehouse functions, including use of an RF gun, maintaining a clean and organized work area, unloading incoming trucks, and loading fleet trucks. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate sit-down forklift safely and efficiently.
• Perform warehouse duties such as receiving, stocking, order picking, and inventory management.
• Use RF gun for tracking and verifying inventory.
• Unload incoming shipments and load outgoing fleet trucks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
• Verify incoming goods against shipping documents and inspect for damage.
• Gather, verify, and pack items for shipment according to specifications.
• Route materials and supplies to appropriate inspection or stock areas.
• Complete required written and computerized documentation accurately.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of related warehouse or shipping/receiving experience.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Knowledge of typical shipping and receiving procedures, with the ability to handle exceptions.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record may be required.
• Ability to operate powered equipment such as forklifts or hydraulic jack lifts.
