Job Description:
We are Hiring Immediately for a Warehouse position!

NTLN is seeking reliable Production Associates to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for hand-inserting advertising inserts into newspapers, strapping bundles using a strap machine, operating a shrink-wrap machine, and stacking completed bundles onto pallets. This position requires standing for the entirety of the shift and involves no lifting over 20 lbs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Insert advertising materials into newspapers by hand.
• Use a strap machine to securely bundle newspapers.
• Operate a shrink wrap machine for bundled newspapers.
• Stack completed newspaper bundles onto pallets for distribution.

Requirements:

• Ability to stand for the entire shift.
• Capable of performing repetitive tasks with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to lift no more than 20 lbs.
