Job Description:
We are Hiring Immediately for a Finance position in an exciting warehouse facility! ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Maintain good customer relations in all aspects of the job.
2. Perform company bookkeeping tasks using Intuit Quickbooks accounting software. This includes, but
is not limited to:
a) Accurate cash records, accounts receivable and accounts payable ledgers.
b) Company Payroll.
c) Federal and state tax returns, and multiple state sales tax reports.
d) Inventory records.
3. Maintain accurate sales, service and leasing records.
4. Research and register for Sales Tax Certificates in additional states as needed
5. Generate various reports for owners using computer and hard copy records.
6. Maintain office supplies inventory.
7. Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:
