Now Hiring: Screen Print / Press Operator

We're seeking an experienced Screen Print / Press Operator to support a fast-paced production environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality, and understands the importance of precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor automatic screen printing presses
• Mix and manage inks according to job specifications
• Inspect prints for quality, alignment, and color accuracy
• Perform routine cleaning and minor maintenance on equipment
• Review job orders and verify materials meet requirements
• Maintain accurate production and time records
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safety-compliant

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of printing experience (screen printing preferred)
• Experience with automatic presses; apparel printing a plus
• Ability to read and speak English
• Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must meet ITAR requirements (U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, or Protected Individual)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check

Pay Rate:
$22-$24 per hour (based on experience)
