Details:

• $20 per hour pay rate
• Full Time
• Contract to Hire
• 7:30am - 4:30pm M-F
• Onsite in Bridgeton, MO

Only considering candidates with the following:

• Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Sit down electric forklift experience required
• Good oral and written communications skills
• Good computer skills required; Microsoft applications.
• General HVAC knowledge a plus!
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities:

• The person will primarily be in the warehouse to begin but we plan to cross train them on the sales counter so they will be customer facing.
• Under direct supervision, evaluates customers needs and makes product/service recommendations accordingly.
• Responsible ensuring proper stocking of company-branded and other HVAC-related products and supplies.
• Assists in unloading products and deliveries.
• Effectively communicates features, benefits, and warranty policy information to customers.
• Follows all safety, health and security and environmental standards
