Overview
We are looking for a Survey Programmer to join our team. In this role, you will use client-provided research materials to create surveys in proprietary software for data collection and analysis. You'll collaborate with a team to ensure proper project setup and conduct data analysis during fielding to ensure data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Set up new projects in proprietary software with phone and online capabilities.
• Monitor and maintain existing projects.
• Create reports using both proprietary and external software.
• Manage data files in various formats (XLSX, XLS, CSV, TXT, SAV, MDB, etc.).
• Format and manage research sample files.
• Serve as the primary internal point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with clients to ensure data collection meets their needs and deadlines.
• Validate data for completeness and usability; identify questionable or fraudulent data.
• Conduct audits of projects, data, and reports to identify errors.
• Identify areas for process improvement to increase efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems and general computer management tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with CATI/CAWI management.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
