Details:

• $20 - $21 per hour pay rate
• Full Time
• Contract
• Onsite in Whittier CA
• 5am - 1:30pm

Requirements

• Experience with mechanical assembly or manufacturing processes
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Proficiency with hand tools and assembly equipment
• Understanding of mechanical part tolerances and dimensions
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Basic computer skills for data entry and recordkeeping
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement practices
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to lift and move moderate-weight components and stand for extended periods

Responsibilities:

• Assemble components for all product lines using correct tools and fixtures
• Test assembled products and troubleshoot issues
• Read blueprints and identify components
• Use hand tools, rework techniques, and operate equipment
• Understand dimensioning and tolerances of mechanical parts and assemblies
• Create accurate labor records for all transactions
• Apply Manufacturing System principles to support continuous improvement
