Job Description:
We are Hiring Immediately for a Technician position in an exciting warehouse facility!

We are seeking a Logistics Technician for an onsite role located in Fremont, CA. This is a temp to hire opportunity!

• Promote a safety-first culture, adhering to all safety policies and procedures.


• Safely and efficiently operate assigned tasks to meet productivity goals.


• Execute shipping and receiving tasks, including preparing shipments and handling paperwork.


• Coordinate with carriers and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries.


• Utilize ERP systems for transactions and maintain accurate inventory records.


• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and effectively.


• Conduct inventory cycle counts and assist in locating materials.


• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and security.


• Follow all company safety policies and regulations.


• Complete required training and certifications.


• Handle multiple tasks with attention to detail and deadlines.


• Communicate effectively with team members and support departments.


• Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders, and rolling cylinders.


• Maintain physical fitness for duties including wearing respiratory equipment if required.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.


• 3+ years of logistics operations experience.


• Forklift certification.


• Strong customer service skills.


• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.


• Familiarity with relevant regulations and procedures.


• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office and Google Docs.


• Ability to multitask and adapt to challenges.


• Attention to detail and ability to follow directions.

Physical Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment for extended periods.


• Lift up to 50 pounds regularly.


• Climb ladders and maintain manual dexterity for data entry.


• Meet medical requirements for respiratory equipment if necessary.
