Responsibilities

• Lead the recruitment efforts for internal positions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance staff performance and engagement.
• Manage campus recruitment initiatives to build a strong pipeline of future talent.
• Conduct thorough research to identify best practices in staffing and recruitment strategies.
• Utilize Kronos for workforce management and scheduling needs.
• Foster relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company culture.
• Collaborate with HR team members to support internal recruiting efforts and enhance employee retention strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in human resources or staffing roles, with a focus on technical recruiting preferred.
• Familiarity with HR software systems such as Paychex and Workday is highly desirable.
• Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers alike.
• Experience in training development and implementation is a plus.
• Knowledge of campus recruitment strategies is advantageous.
• Excellent research skills to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
