Now Hiring: Warehouse/Finishing Operator

Pay: $18.00/hour

Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM

We're looking for detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to support our fast-paced print production facility in Newville, PA. If you're reliable, focused, and have experience in digital print operations, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipping.
• Assist with inventory tracking and labeling.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Operate digital print and finishing equipment (printers, binders, cutters, laminators, folders, etc.) according to job specifications.
• Assemble, collate, and package printed materials, ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Review and verify print orders, labels, and packaging instructions before production.
• Perform quality checks on printed items to ensure color, alignment, and finish meet standards.
• Replenish materials such as paper, ink, toner, and packaging supplies as needed.
• Maintain clean workstations and follow all safety and print-production protocols.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable working with printers, copiers, or light machinery (training available).
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Previous print shop, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred but not required.

Attendance Policy:

Reliability is key. Attendance is extremely important in this role.

Any call-outs during the first two weeks of employment will result in immediate termination. This is a critical training and production period where consistency is essential.
