We are Hiring Immediately for a Manufacturing position!

Rate: $19.50/hr

Shift: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM (Monday - Friday)

Location: Conroe, TX

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Grinder to join our team on the second shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating grinding machinery to smooth, sharpen, and polish metal parts according to specifications. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety guidelines, and the ability to work efficiently in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate grinding machines to finish metal parts to specified dimensions and finishes.

Set up and adjust grinding equipment for optimal performance.

Inspect finished workpieces using precision measuring instruments to ensure quality standards.

Perform routine maintenance on grinding machines and tools.

Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills:

Previous experience in grinding or a related manufacturing role preferred.

Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately.

Strong attention to detail and quality control.

Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.

Knowledge of safety protocols in a manufacturing setting.
