Schedule: Seasonal position (08/11/2025 - 02/08/2026)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Counter Sales Associate I to join our team for a seasonal assignment. This role combines counter sales responsibilities with stand-up forklift operation and order pulling. You will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them in finding the right products, ensuring efficient order fulfillment, and supporting warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in evaluating their needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Provide accurate product information, including features, benefits, and warranty policies.
• Ensure proper stocking of Lennox-branded and other HVAC-related products and supplies.
• Pull and prepare customer orders for pickup or delivery.
• Operate a stand-up forklift for loading and unloading deliveries.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment in compliance with all safety, health, security, and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• General knowledge of HVAC products required.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience with stand-up forklift operation preferred.
