Job Description:
We are Hiring Immediately for a Production position in an exciting warehouse facility!

EXPERIENCED SIZERS ONLY. WILL BE PAID PER PIECE RATE NOT HOURLY RATE.

Employee will use gloved hands to grasp a raw chicken tender and place on cutting board in front of them.

The employee will flatten tender on cutting board by hand and use a sharp knife to cut tender to a

specified size as determined by supervisory personnel. After raw tender is sized and trimmed, the

sized tender will be placed in an appropriate container located next to the employee. The

employee will place pieces of raw tender not meeting the specific size in an approved container

located in front of the employee. The boxes of sized raw product will be removed from the

workstation by the product pullers and taken to the scales for further processing. The employee

may be required to utilize a sharpening steel to sharpen their knives.
