WANTED - Technology Advisor III - REMOTE posiiton

The ideal candidate will be able to work remotely in the EST time zone. This is a 2-to-3-year systems integration project. Interested candidates are tech stack savvy, able to get access to several key systems and be able to learn and navigate the client's digital product offerings and integration systems/ They will collaborate and work together with the team to help solve problems for clients as they look to integrate clients' products. Client is in the process of creating a news API platform and this candidate will be assisting the team with the influx of work that will come from various vendors and clients to migrate to the new API platform from the legacy API platform as it becomes available in 2026. The candidate will need to be confident in speaking on camera with clients in order to represent customers service mission to credit unions and their members.

Must Have's:

• Very Fast learner who takes good notes and figures out solutions on their own quickly
• Technical, with API knowledge, payment knowledge
• onfident, well at speaking and describing how things work (Client Facing on camera)
• Collaborative, works well with team to share and get information to solve problems for clients
• Fiserv Knowledge or FIS knowledge regarding debit/credit cards
