Job Description:

Travel Certified Surgical First Assistant for CVOR in Atlanta, GA

Provide direct assistance to the lead surgeon during operations, including handling instruments, retracting tissues, and suturing wounds to support successful surgical outcomes. Patient population is Adolescents-Geriatrics.

Shift: Days 3x12 (06:30 - 19:00) - Call is 1 day a week and 1 weekend every 4ish weeks. That is subject to change based off of departmental needs.

Duration: 11 weeks 36 hr/wk

Specialty:  CVOR Certified Surgical First Assistant No float- 2 years minimum experience

Requirements: cardiac background, vascular, endovascular, thoracic. Transplants Preferred. BLS, NBSTSA

Equipment:  Thoracic Robots only

WEEKLY Pay Details (stipends are always non-tax)

Total Gross Pay including stipends: $2,848.00

Hourly Rate: $27.00 | OT Rate: $79.11

Housing Stipend: $1,274.00 | Meal Stipend: $602.00
