Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Travel - Robbinsdale, MN

Job Description:

Provides patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, wound care, and assisting with daily activities. LPNs work under the supervision of RNs and doctors in hospitals, clinics, and long-term care facilities. State licensure is required.

Experience

• Previous clinic experience
• EPIC experience preferred
• Competent in vascular access of implanted ports for lab draws and competent in venipuncture.
• Knowledge of documentation and notification of panic values, rain rating, and abnormal lab values to provider/PNC nurse
• Competent in infection control policies and procedures, including care of MRSA, VRE and contact precaution customers

License/Cert Requirements

• Current licensure as LPN or LVN in state of Minnesota - State Requirement
• Current BLS Certification-BH Standard
• State Liscense Requirement - Minnesota
