Job Description:
We are Hiring Immediately for a Human Resources position in an exciting warehouse facility!

Responsibilities:

1. Staffing Management:Coordinate with hiring managers to assess staffing needs.
   
   Source, screen, and interview candidates to fill open positions.
   
   Maintain a pool of qualified candidates for immediate placement.
   
   Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and training.
   
   


2. Client Interaction:Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.
   
   Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
   
   Regularly communicate with clients to assess satisfaction and address any issues.
   
   


3. Onsite Operations:Oversee daily operations at client sites, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
   
   Monitor employee performance and provide coaching and feedback as needed.
   
   Address any onsite issues or emergencies promptly and effectively.
   
   


4. Administrative Tasks:Maintain accurate records of staffing activities, including candidate information and placements.
   
   Prepare and distribute reports to management as needed.
   
   Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned.
   
   


5. Team Collaboration:Collaborate with internal teams, including HR, to ensure alignment on staffing needs and goals.
   
   Work closely with other onsite coordinators to share best practices and optimize processes.
   
   

Requirements:

• Proven experience in staffing, recruitment, or a similar role.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Strong organizational and time management abilities.


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.


• Prior experience in client-facing roles is a plus.
