WANTED! IT Operations Support (Technical Customer Service)

This is role is Onsite and must be able to commute to Dallas/Forth Worth location 5 days a week. The ideal candidate is an experienced Help Desk customer service professional. Keys to success include a customer-focused aptitude, articulate communication skills, capable of providing the highest levels of face-to-face, and remote technical support to executives, employees and Leadership of all levels. The successful candidate is a collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering high quality and reliable help desk support.

Requirements:

• Articulate communication skills and high caliber customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and part of a close-knit team
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications 
• Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills 
• ServiceNow knowledge is a Plus
