Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inbound Logistics Coordinator. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our Inbound logistics operations, ensuring the efficient flow of goods from suppliers to customers.

Duties:
<ul>
 <li>Preparation of ocean import shipments and distribution of Import Documents</li>
 <li>General business support function as assigned</li>
 <li>Prepare ocean import shipments for assigned customers. This may include customs clearance, updating schedule report, tracking vessel schedule etc.</li>
 <li>Prepare ocean import documents for distribution to the brokerage department and/or Customers' Broker</li>
 <li>Coordinate pick-up and delivery orders with trucking companies, airlines, steamship line and/or bonded facilities to obtain necessary information in order to process shipments in the best way.</li>
 <li>Filing and data entry.</li>
 <li>Issue freight bills and invoices to brokers and responsible for collecting unpaid invoices within credit term.</li>
 <li>Collaborate with the team to support various tasks and projects as needed by the company.</li>
</ul>
Skills:
<ul>
 <li>Minimum of 2 years of Freight Forwarding Experience and 1-year direct drayage experience</li>
 <li>High school diploma or equivalency certificate or significant or relevant or appropriate working experience.</li>
 <li>Computer skills including expert at MS Office.</li>
 <li>Familiar with Steamship line website, schedule</li>
 <li>Knowledge of international commerce (Incoterms, method, customs regulations etc.) desirable</li>
 <li>Good verbal and written communication skills</li>
 <li>Must be able to accommodate a flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays as necessary</li>
 <li>Should demonstrate a willingness and ability to quickly adapt to and learn new computer systems and software</li>
