Act as liaison between with our US Warehouse team on the ground and our UK based Operations team, and as an escalation point for on-the ground issues and key prioritization questions. Produce insightful content for discussion and conduct warehouse client QBR meetings. Engage with monthly inventory reconciliations to support with system and warehouse inventory accuracy. Reviewing warehouse invoices and working in conjunction with the UK team to identify cost saving initiatives. Produce key account and order reports to assist the team with improving our service solutions and processes. Monitor and drive SLA compliance with a view to an excellent service and delivery experience. Employ a continuous improvement lens of identifying way to improve service and efficiencies in the warehouse. Improve consumer experience and drive down cost measures.
