As we continue to grow, we are looking for hardworking, reliable, and team-oriented Manufacturing Associates to join our team. If you have prior experience in assembly or light construction, that's a plusbut we're happy to train the right candidates!
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
 <li>Cut frame materials to specified sizes</li>
 <li>Assemble and fabricate custom window screens and related products</li>
 <li>Operate basic power tools and follow safety procedures</li>
 <li>Maintain a clean and organized work area</li>
 <li>Assist with other production tasks as assigned</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
 <li>Prior manufacturing or light construction experience preferred, but not required</li>
 <li>Comfortable using hand and power tools</li>
 <li>Ability to lift 50-60 lbs and stand for extended periods</li>
 <li>Quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment</li>
 <li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>
 <li>1 year of manufacturing experience preferred, but not required</li>
