 <li>Bachelors in Accounting with demonstrated capability in cost analysis and 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment</li>
 <li>Experience with SAP is required</li>
 <li>Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills</li>
 <li>Experience partnering with site leadership, willing to engage people from all levels in order to increase cost awareness of the site</li>
 <li>High attention to detail & accuracy with the ability to manipulate large amounts of data</li>
 <li>Excellent written and verbal communications skills, and strong interpersonal skills;</li>
 <li>Autonomous and able to work with cross functional teams; Ability to think critically, and manage multiple tasks and priorities</li>
 <li>Ability to prioritize, manage time independently, set objectives and milestones.</li>
 <li>Experience with Microsoft Power BI preferred</li>

Responsibilities:
<ul>
 <li>Determine Labor and Machine Hours by product, for site and cost center.</li>
 <li>Reviews product costing to identify costing errors. Root Cause Analysis.</li>
 <li>Analyzes cost variance analysis and compares actual to system standards for both material and labor.</li>
 <li>Reviews, analyzes, and reports actual job profit margins.</li>
 <li>Validate accuracy of the inventory balances at the item and transaction level.</li>
 <li>Inventory subledger to GL reconciliation and roll-forward by site.</li>
 <li>Provides product costing for pricing and business decisions.</li>
 <li>Cost budget working with site leaders to define detailed material, labor and overhead.</li>
 <li>Weekly job/work-ticket/WIP profitability reviews and reconciliations variance analysis budget vs actual by jobs.</li>
