Only considering candidates with the following:
<ul>
 <li>Education: Preferred but not required two (2) year degree or equivalent experience</li>
 <li>A+ certification or equivalent work experience in Depot/Workstation support</li>
 <li>SCCM OSD, Imaging, or similar desktop imaging technology.</li>
 <li>Troubleshoot and diagnose device issues for laptops, desktops, and tablets.</li>
 <li>Active Directory experience.</li>
 <li>Problem solving and troubleshooting abilities</li>
 <li>Excellent communication, documentation, and written skills</li>
 <li>Experience with XenMobile or other Mobile management software a plus.</li>
 <li>Experience using Office 365 suite</li>
</ul>
Responsibilities:
<ul>
 <li>Asset Reporting to include Inventory, Shipping, Returns, Orders, Repairs, etc.</li>
 <li>Work Order and ticket handling. Maintain queues, communicate, fulfill.</li>
 <li>Cycle counts of Depot inventory (devices and peripherals)</li>
 <li>Pack and ship devices and kits (devices + peripherals) to end users; involves lifting and moving PCs, large monitors, etc.</li>
 <li>Troubleshoot software or hardware issues.</li>
 <li>Repair and maintain desktops, laptops, and other hardware in the environment, including reimaging and internal component replacements.</li>
 <li>Manage and track devices sent to 3rd parties for repair.</li>
 <li>Order parts as needed, both under warranty from Dell and other Vendors and out of warranty using ADTs procurement system.</li>
 <li>Ensure compliance with established standards, policies, and configuration guidelines.</li>
 <li>Maintain a comprehensive repository for documentation and update as needed.</li>
 <li>PC and Apple Mac set up and support experience.</li>
 <li>iPad and Tablet setup, OS updates, and wiping of the device.</li>
 <li>Manage cellular activations of mobility assets (request activations, reassignments, cancelations).</li>
