Apply Today, Work Today Weekly PayJob Description: The ServiceNow HR Administrator role serves as the subject matter expert on ServiceNow for HR and will coordinate with cross-functional teams, from requirements gathering to delivery; ultimately driving innovation and results for the business. Both highly analytical and front facing, the role provides ServiceNow support to primary stakeholders and the business in general. The candidate will provide thought leadership on the HR Service Delivery and related projects including modifications, configurations, workflows, journeys, upgrades, adoption of new functionality, reporting and analytical use of data stored in the system. Working collaboratively, this position will be responsible for a broad range of activities including platform program management, system configuration, ensuring data integrity, documentation, training, reporting, auditing, troubleshooting. This position will support ongoing process improvement activities to bring greater efficiency to the Human Resource function, as well as the entire company. Qualifications:  Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience Minimum 2 years of experience in ServiceNow HR Admin and/or Configuration specifically HR Service Delivery solutions including Employee Center, Employee Journey Management and Case/Knowledge Mgmt. Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow HR configuration, virtual agent conversation design, journey design and configuration, surveys, and analytics Advanced skills in HR process design and mapping, deep knowledge of HR processes, delivery models, and organizational structures Full-time, Part-time $50.0/hrProf23
