Job Description: Bilingual Staffing Manager
Overview: 
 We are seeking a bilingual candidate who is able to work onsite and is excited to support our recruitment and employee relations initiatives.
Duties:
<ul>
 <li>Attend client production meetings</li>
 <li>Oversee recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding</li>
 <li>Time entry management: Assist employees with time entry and editing of their time punches as needed</li>
 <li>Conduct orientations</li>
 <li>Provide information to employees in both English and Spanish</li>
 <li>Assist workers with completing their applications</li>
 <li>Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.</li>
 <li>Ensure effective communication with candidates, employees, and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
Experience client facing. Need for professional candidate who will coordinate between mutiple groups onsite.
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
Ability to operate in a dynamic fast paced environment
Bilingual in English and Spanish
