Only considering candidates with the following:
<ul>
 <li>High School Diploma or Equivalent</li>
 <li>1-3 years of experience in schematic design and panel building</li>
 <li>Electrical background in residential/commercial experience</li>
 <li>Ability to read and interpret complex schematics, ladder diagrams, and point to point drawings.</li>
 <li>Proficient in the use of hand tools</li>
</ul>
Responsibilities:
<ul>
 <li>Follows all policies and guidelines regarding workplace safety and product quality.</li>
 <li>Receives components or items for assembly and/or test in programmed sequence.</li>
 <li>Assembles or tests electrical components by means of sensitive hand and equipment coordination.</li>
 <li>Will assemble all variations of in-house standard products.</li>
 <li>Follows clear assembly/test instructions, e.g. color code, NEC and UL codes/standards.</li>
 <li>Uses simple hand or power tools along with complex jigs and fixtures.</li>
 <li>Enter work hours in ERP system (Currently SAP).</li>
 <li>Drives continuous improvement process and conducts daily housekeeping/5S audits to ensure continuous improvement activities. Maintains equipment and area in an orderly and safe condition.</li>
 <li>Contributes to division results and performance.</li>
 <li>Takes care of internal and external customer needs and expectations.</li>
