Job Description: The Receving Inventory Coordinator,  receives  incoming parts, materials, and finished products; inspects items; checks items   against packing lists; makes counts; and maintains records.
<ul>
 <li>Verifies that part number and quantity of parts shipped agree with the open purchase order</li>
 <li>Places shipments with incomplete documentation or incorrect quantities and/or part numbers on hold, and notifies responsible buyer. Includes follow-up to resolution</li>
 <li>Re-packaging of parts, as required,      to insure accountability of the lot within the Stockroom.</li>
 <li>Data entry transactions in      Purchasing and Quality modules;</li>
 <li> Administer Shelf Life Program, tracking expiration dates of sensitive parts, on a monthly basis.</li>
