 <li>12-hour shifts at 7:00am-7:00pm & 7:00pm-7:00am</li>
 <li>8-hour shifts: 2nd:3:00pm-11:30pm & 3rd:11:00pm-7:30am</li>
 <li>7am-3pm: Saturday & Sunday at $1.25 extra per hour</li>
 <li>3pm-11pm: Monday - Thursday at $2.00 extra per hour</li>
 <li>3pm-11pm: Friday - Sunday at $3.00 extra per hour</li>
 <li>11pm-7am: Monday - Thursday at $4.00 extra per hour</li>
 <li>11pm-7am: Friday - Sunday at $5.00 extra per hour</li>

<ul>
 <li>Assesses person's served care needs, develops a plan of care in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, and continually reassesses plan of care according to person's served care needs.</li>
 <li>In collaboration with the physician, provides/coordinates nursing care to individuals and groups of person's served.</li>
 <li>Assists in the teaching of persons' served families, and provides milieu management. Communicates with and educates persons' served families/significant others in discharge/after care planning needs.</li>
 <li>Provides a safe and secure environment for persons served and staff in both individual and group settings.</li>
 <li>Responsible for documenting, reporting, and verifying all necessary information according to established policies and procedures.</li>
 <li>Responsible to monitor for and report to the physician(s) any potential risk to person's served safety that could lead to an adverse outcome.</li>
