Job Description: Job Description:  A facility in Richmond, VA is looking for a Stepdown Registered Nurse
Provide direct patient care, administer medications, and monitor patient health in various healthcare settings. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop treatment plans, educate patients on health management, and ensure compliance with medical protocols. Maintain accurate patient records and respond to emergencies promptly. Focus on patient advocacy and delivering compassionate care to promote recovery and well-being.
Required Experience/Skills:  Minimum 2 years of Tele and PCU experience; Must be a seasoned Traveler
Required License/Certs:  State Nursing License or Compact State License, BLS
Facility/Unit Info: Acute Neuroscience Unit; 34 beds, 6 progressive, and 15 total telemetry patients.  It is a primary unit for Neurology, Neurosurgery, and ENT
Shift:  Rotating Days and Nights (7:00 am - 7:00 pm and 7:00 pm - 7:00 am) 36 hr Guarantee
Duration: 13 weeks
